Allison helps to locate a missing child, but then has a terribly upsetting vision showing her the horrible things the child will do in the future. When Allison discovers the identity of the child's kidnapper, she has trouble deciding whether or not to try to put said kidnapper in jail. If she lets the kidnapper go, the child's life will once again be in danger, but if she convicts the kidnapper, the child might commit horrible crimes himself in the future.

Joe makes Allison get an MRI after she slips in the bathroom and suffers a concussion. Allison meets a seemingly kind patient David at the doctor's office, but then has visions of him murdering several women while she watches him get his MRI. Allison is confused by her visions because David seems like such a nice guy, but she's sure that he's the killer she saw in her visions. Meanwhile, the results of Allison's MRI show an abnormality in her brain, one which Joe thinks may be an explanation for her visions. Joe convinces Allison to let him test Ariel and Bridget to see if they have the same abnormality.

Also Arielle must confront a teacher about a grade she received on a presentation, but not because she thinks it was too low, but because she thinks it was too high.

After seeing a man on a sign who looks exactly like Death from her dream, Allison further investigates and finds that this man is tied to the physician's death, compelling her to figure out what it is exactly that Death wants from her.
