This story is about an elementary school kid named Lan Hikari, who's best friend is his Net Navi Megaman, who resides inside his computerized PET. In Lan's day and age, every appliance and all types of systems are all connected to the internet. An evil crime organization known as the World 3 rises up and trys to take control of the city by terrorizing Dentech City's networks. It's up to Lan, Megaman and all their friends to stop Dr. Wily and World 3 from taking over the world!

Dr.Regal creates a huge dimensional area around the world and CrossFuses with LaserMan. CrossFuse LaserMan deleted ShadeMan in just a few minutes. While the gang is back a Scilab trying to come up with a plan on how to stop CrossFuse LaserMan they get reports of large LaserMen all over the world.
