2x10: The Feud recap: Detective Dwight Hendricks is about to enter work. His girlfriend is dropping him of at work, and he bumps into a curious Reggie. Without letting on much, Hendricks and he keep walking towards the staff entrance door, when Whitehead buzzes Hendricks. Before long, they are at a crime scene, where Ella has been shot by an unidentified man, and she is being taken to the hospital. She is too critical to testify anything. Sutton reports Good Samaritans heard the gunshot, but not a soul saw anything. Wittingly, Dwight picks up Ella’s purse, where he discovers that it can’t have been a robbery. Whitehead points out looking at the pen that they should be asking at the company where she worked – Fairburn Financial... read more.

2x9: Ten Little Memphians recap: The scene opens with Dwight and Whitehead arriving at a multimillion dollar mansion, which belonged apparently to a friend of Whitehead – Virgil. He has died recently, and for some reason Whitehead doesn’t know, Virgil has left something for him in his will. Turns out Virgil made his money in hair – not shampoo or conditioners, but real hair. Madelyn, Virgil’s widow answers the door, and after knowing which of the two is Detective Wight, she hugs Whitehead surprisingly warm. Across town, Lt. Tanya has been busy sending men to detective squad number 3, when Reggie suggests they should hold some of them back at 7. Besides, it is raining heavily, and 7 needs some on traffic control. Before long, when young officer Davy Sutton arrives, Tanya remarks he should change into a new set of clothes – he is looking like a drenched chicken!.. read more.

2x8: Identity Crisis recap: The scene opens with Dwight arriving at a bank with cops. A man is on the rampage, smashing everything on the manager’s table with a baseball bat. When Dwight has his gun pointed at him, and asks what he wants, it turns out that his account has been wiped – just after someone called him from the bank asking for verification of his account details. And now, he is about to lose his house. Dwight asks his name – Mark, he says. He is enraged, and isn’t stopping the violent wielding of his bat. However, he does calm down when Dwight talks him out of it – asking about his son, and whether he would behave the same way. Before long, he is handcuffed and taken away. When Dwight and Whitehead talk to the bank manager, he dissociates himself from the mortgage issue – it’s not this bank’s business... read more.

2x7: Body of Evidence recap: The scene opens with Dwight, Greenback and Whitehead watching a video of a funeral. They are investigating a crime where a body was stolen from the funeral home. Dwight says that the funeral home seems like the best place to start looking. Whitehead doesn’t like missing bodies, but goes with Dwight. Lt. Rice talks to the mother of Brad, the boy who has gone missing, and she tells that she doesn’t understand it at all. Rice asks her why she had a closed casket and she tells that Brad wasn’t recognizable. Rice tells that she has her best men on it. Dwight and Whitehead go to the funeral home and talk to the mortician. He says that he doesn’t know where the body is there and says that he didn’t do anything with it. He says that the bathroom door was locked and says that someone could have hid in the bathroom. Dwight asks Whitehead why he is scared of dead bodies and he says that he saw Night of the Living Dead when he was little and Dwight teases him and says that he has tasty brains... read more.

2x6: Troubled Water recap: The scene opens with Dwight and Paula Anne looking at the flower shop and Paula Anne tells that Jimmy Wagner, a friend of Dwight’s a while ago, was arrested. She says that she promised his mother that Dwight would look into it. He says that despite having a band together, he and Jimmy are not really friends anymore and haven’t been for 15 years. She asks him again and he agrees. A woman walks into the station and everyone avoids her. She is Lt. Rice’s mother and she tells that Lt. Rice had her driver’s license test revoked and that she knows that Rice had something to do with it and says that she will not stop driving. Sutton asks Rice if she really asked someone at the DMV. She tells him that it had to be done... read more.
