Carl is Jealous - Recap

The scene opens with Carl and Mike are driving around and Mike is humming a Mozart song. Carl wants to know why and Mike tells that Molly took him to the Symphony last night and that it was lovely. Carl knows that he fell asleep there and Mike admits that he did. Later they went out for tea and the tea tasted horrible. Carl tells that Mike is whipped and Mike tells that he is his own man. Mike tells Carl that he is alone tonight but tells that Molly is joining them for lunch. Mike and Carl meet up with Molly for lunch and Mike tells that Pea soup is the best and Carl tells that he is not going to get it because Mike has gas. Mike gets the salad instead and Molly gets the same. Carl gets the pea soup. Molly asks Carl how long they have been partners and he tells that they have been together for almost five years. Carl talks about the first time they first met and Mike likens their partnership as Batman and Robin and says that he is Batman. Carl and Mike argue on who is Batman and who is robin in their partnership.

After lunch, Carl tells that they should not have lunch with Molly because she could get in danger. Mike agrees and wants to make sure that Carl is not jealous. Carl tells that he is not. Later that evening, Mike is on the phone with Molly and tells that he can’t come over because he has plans to watch the game with Carl tonight. Carl arrives and Mike is on the phone still. Carl makes his presence known and Mike tells Molly that “Robin” is getting restless. Carl is upset that Mike has to put Molly first in everything. Mike is antsy and Carl tells him to go to Molly’s house. Mike goes over to Molly’s and they start kissing. Mike is thinking of Carl and how lonely he is. Molly’s mom comes out and asks if Mike is staying over and he tells that he is not. She tells that she likes to sleep in the nude and occasionally she gets up in the middle of the night and wouldn’t want Mike have to make a touch decision. Mike and Carl start kissing again and Mike tells that they can hook up Carl. Victoria walks in the door and tells that she has to flush something. She then comes out and tells that the food that she is eating whether it be cheese or cake, it is delicious. Mike gets an idea.

At Carl’s grandmother’s home, Carl is playing the piano for her and she is singing. Mike comes over and tells he tells Mike to wipe off his feet because they just vacuumed. Carl’s grandma laughs and tells that the only vacuum that Carl touched was when he was 13 years old. Mike tells that he is taking Molly and her sister out to drinks. He tells that he doesn’t know, but his grandma tells that the vacuum is not going to give her great grand children. He tells that he will change his shirt. At the bar, Carl asks what Victoria does and she takes this as to what she will and won’t do in the bedroom. Molly is surprised that Victoria has a don’t do on her list. Carl is happy. Mike talks up Carl by telling that Carl saved his life twice. He tells that he did it at a convenience store and the other time at Oktoberfest and two bratwursts. Suddenly Michael Jordon walks in and they are star struck, especially Victoria. She tells that she likes bald black men. Carl thinks that he is going to get lucky. However, in the next scene, Carl is in the back of the car by himself. Victoria ran off with Michael Jordon.

Mike walks Molly up to her door and tells that Mike tells that Carl is going to want to talk it over. She tells that he was going to get lucky tonight. Mike changes his mind and tells that he will drop off the crybaby at home. In the car, Carl admits that he was jealous of Mike and Molly and that he wants that too. Mike reassures him that he will never give up on their friendship for Molly any day. He is trying to push him out so he can go have sex with Molly. Carl recognizes this and tells him good luck. Mike arrives at the house and walks in. As he is going up the stairs, Molly’s mom hits him on the head with a frying pan. He falls and is knocked unconscious. He wakes up and the ambulance has arrived. Suddenly Victoria comes in and has a basketball in her hand and asks what she missed.
