Frank is called in to find a murderer who sent his victim's wife her dead husband's tongue through the post. Black thinks the murder is connected to other unexplained killings where body parts were sent to family members, but with no hard evidence to back up his claim, Frank soon comes to realise that the serial killers are being recruited by a man calling himself 'The Judge', who has a satanic way of dealing out justice..
