Frank is called in by the Millennium Group to help track down a psychotic bomber who gets sexual kicks from the anticipation of waiting for explosives to detonate. The bomber, Raymond Dees, uses the dialing tones of 522666 as his calling card and soon begins a lethal campaign of constant taunting as he plans his next bomb attack
