Millennium: Loin Like a Hunting Flame
Frank and a sex crimes expert from the Millennium Group are brought in to stop a killer who picks up swinging couples at parties and clubs, and then kills them after forcing them to perform sex acts on camera. Frank's investigation is complicated by a local police force that is completely unprepared to deal with these types of horrific crimes.
