  Episode Notes
This episodes marks a posthumous appearance of Bob Bletcher. However it would be the last time the character and the actor, Bill Smitrovich, would appear on the show.

  Episode References
Twice in this episode, Frank remarks something familiar about Pepper and his offer for Frank to join him. This alludes to the titular character in the episode "The Judge". In it, the Judge offers Frank a job to work for him, as well. Perhaps not without coincidence, the Judge also refers to himself as Legion, a name that would become closely associated with Lucy Butler whose image is taken in the climax of the episode as Pepper seemingly transforms into she and the killer Martin in Frank's eyes.
