Episode Summary

Frank teams up with Lara Means to try and stop a "killer" that seems to take delight in helping terminally ill patients cross over to the afterlife. The killer is unlike anyone Frank has ever had to capture before, due to some people's opinion that the murderer is actually doing people a favour.
