The lights go out at a high school basketball game and shots ring out. When the lights come on, there are several dead bodies and a smoking gun. Agents Baldwin & Hollis are assigned to investigate, but there are no witnesses in a gym full of people. It becomes obvious there is a conspiracy of silence.
