|
The daughter of Millennium Group member Peter Watts is kidnapped and Frank and Emma agree to help with the investigation. Frank's suspicions about the group are heightened when it becomes apparent that Watts is hiding key information at the cost of his daughter's safety. When Frank learns that the kidnapper is a regular listener of talk show host Art Bell, he goes on the air as a guest to try to lure the kidnapper out.
