|
A foreign power has given the tiny island nation of Santa Costa two nuclear warheads. Santa Costa's unstable leader General Dominguez plans to use the devices soon. The IMF must devise a plan to enter the vault, retrieve the warheads, and escape the country. The plan goes well, until ill fortune leaves safecracker Terry Targo with broken hands. Now Dan Briggs must draw on Targo's expert knowledge and take his place.
