The IMF is sent to infiltrate an organization that plans to unleash 200 agents unwittingly infected with a deadly plague on an unsuspecting U.S. Barney, Cinnamon, Rollin, and bacteriologist Roger Lee end up in an enemy camp that trains agents to be "real" Americans and they must destroy the bacteria without revealing that it was deliberately destroyed.

Episode Goofs
Septicemic plague is spread by animal bites, not physical contact as stated here.
As is clear from Roger's description of septicemic plague, you don't just pump the highly contagious waste product out with the water. An autoclave is used to superheat and destroy it.
