He's informed that Alex Cresnic, a major heroin dealer, has bought an Asian country's entire crop and plans to sell it wholesale to his major buyers. He has taken on a partner, Mark Walters, head of the numbers bank in Miami. Jim must put Cresnic and Walters out of their business...
