Jim picks up his briefing from a fire box at a park and is informed that Raymond Halder, owner of a chain of clinics, is also running a drug counterfeiting racket. A new drug, Dilatrin, has been developed by Gant Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of primary vascular disease. However, Halder has flooded the market with fakes, rendering it useless. The IMF must stop Halter before the new batch of Dilatrin is put on the market...
