Jim goes to a tollbooth and receives his briefing. Dr. Karl Turek is developing a super-hypnotic, B-230, which currently has the side effect of leaving its victims catatonic. Two defecting American scientists, Dr. Arthur Jarvis and his wife Vera, have the solution to the side effect. They have undergone plastic surgery and Colonel Borodin is supervising their defection. Once they get to Turek, they can work together and successfully develop B-230. The IMF must stop Turek once and for all...
