Reese Dolan has set up a major drug distribution network on the island of Malot at the chateau of French underworld figure Madame Renada. Claiming to represent Renada, Jim and Barney secretly fly Dolan to what is actually an island off the coast of Georgia where Casey pretends to be Renada. The IMF must determine where Dolan gets his uncut heroin from.
