The sons of four Nazis who have never met are brought together with pieces that will lead them to a treasure. Nicholas must infiltrate the group and pass himself off as one of the members so that they can secretly get hold of the pieces and locate the treasure before the others.

This is a remake of the original series episode "The Legacy." Allan Balter, one of the original writers, is credited here. Changes from the original include 1) the sons of Nazi officers in the original become grandsons, 2) the IMF uses a post-hypnotic command to have Kuderlee make it appear Graff desperately needs money; 3) the amount of money is adjusted for inflation, from $3 million to $5 billion; 4) the gold is hidden in a cave beneath the crypt; 5) the team conceal the gold using mirrored sheets to convince Graff's conspirators he's stolen the money to turn him against them, 6) Nicholas taunts Graff into shooting him after donning a hidden bullet-proof vest; and 7) Alfred Kuderlee in the original is renamed Alfred Kubler. |
