Andy French (a part-time water bed salesman with dreams of being a cartoonist living with his drinking buddy, Jim, and a hippie girl named Posey) is forced to take in his geeky genius brother, Kevin, after Andy's parents announce that they're moving to Wyoming and not taking any children with them.

Episode Notes

This series was originally titled The Downtowners but was changed to avoid confussion with MTV's show Downtown.

Each episode has a clean title and a dirty title. The clean title was for listing and promotion purposes and the dirty title was for the producers' own enjoyment. Cartoon Network's Adult Swim put both names under the episode when the show left the WB.
