"Mobbed" is a hidden camera spin off the "Flash Mob" concept where hundreds of strangers plan bizarre surprises for family, friends and even co-workers. Hosted by Howie Mandel (America's Got Talent), the unknowing participants are shocked when they realize what is going on when the talent starts to sing and dance. Such surprises as a husband learning about the pregnancy of his wife, a proposal and other many other surprises.
The guests are shown their routines throughout the hour long show and the speaker refine what they want to say. Howie gives advice to them to guide them through the surprise. On the day of the event, the cameras start rolling and the plan goes into action. From the producers from "Trading Spouses" comes a new fresh hidden camera show that surprises everyone as crowds of people synchronize dance together to give someone a special day, an elaborate message or simply a better day.
