Jay teaches Mitchel how to do "The Lion Killer" a move that he learned from "The Gracie Brothers". In reality Ed O'Neil does practice jiujitsu. In fact he has a black belt under one of the worlds greatest jiujitsu practitioners Rorion Gracie. Rorion would likely be considered one of "The Gracie Brothers", as there have been three generations of stellar jiujitsu players to come from the family.
The last frames of the show say "in memory of Julia Cukier Siegler" She was the daughter of Scott Siegler and Jody Cukier. Both have been involved in television production companies.
(Phil explains that an Ipod is like having a group of places including a library and a movie theater in one pad.)
Alex: A library is a place where people get books.
Hayley: A movie theater is a place where people go on dates.
(Phil gives himself an ice burn after burning himself on a hot pan)
