Recap

The scene opens with Phil, Alex, Haley, and Luke in the kitchen. Claire walks in and they shout “Happy Mother’s Day”. They stop suddenly when they see that she has a t-shirt with hand prints on the breasts. Claire says that they made it for her for Mother’s Day before and also puts on a hat that says “Alex’s mommy”. Meanwhile, Jay gives Glory a diamond necklace. Manny gives her a necklace made out of fruit loops. Jay comes clean and says that they are not really diamonds and takes it back and says that he will get her real ones. Manny comes clean and says that the necklace isn’t made from Fruit Loops, but generic. He takes them back and Gloria doesn’t have a present now. At Mitchell and Cam’s, Mitchell comes in with Breakfast and says that he wanted to do something special. However, Cam knows that it is Mother’s Day and is offended that Mitchell thinks that he is the woman in the relationship. He lies and says that he doesn’t think so. However, they show several scenes where Mitchell is referring Cam as woman in their relationship. He goes out of the bedroom and tells Lily to forget the balloons because Cam is in a mood. ..
