Phil is at a doctor’s clinic for a checkup. The doctor believes he is okay, but wants him to have a couple of tests done, and will call him if he finds anything wrong. The doctor asks him if he is exercising, and about his realty business. Good time for buyers, but sellers are going through a rough patch – he reports. Later at home, when Mitch and Cameron come back from a convention, Cameron is proud of his partner. Mitch has won a trophy at an environmental law convention, and Cameron is touched by the passionate speech. Alex is surprised as well. Mitch tells her it is no Oscar, but he actually thinks it is.
