Anybody else think this show is a lot like "House"?

It is similar in some ways, but in many other ways Monroe is a lot different from House.

Just watched the first episode and don't think it's anything really like House. House is miserable 'cause he's constantly seeking the truth about everything and the truth is harsh. Monroe, near the end of the first episode summed up his philosophy that he thinks the truth is overrated. The only similarity between this and House that I can see is they both focus on a male doctor who is considered brilliant. The doctors' specialities are different, one has a family while the other is terminally alone. One seeks truth at all costs while the other doesn't wanna see what's really going on in his personal life. Their personalities aren't similar either. They both have senses of humor but they're different. House is rude while Monroe is a blunt but more affable.
