Monte Carlo or Bust is reality show which sees three celebrity teams traveling from London to Monte Carlo. Jack Dee and Ade Edmondson make their way there in a VW camper van, Jodie Kidd and Julian Clary in a Bentley convertible and Penny Smith and Rory McGrath in a Mini Cooper. Through the journey the three teams have to compete against one other to collect items that best represent France.

The three teams head off on the final part of their journey towards Monte Carlo. At the end of the show the judges announce who has been crowned the series champions.
