	!!!!!! This review contains spoilers !!!!!! - First, Earl is back!! - I laughed and laughed. - I love Joy and Darnell. My favorites. They are laugh out loud funny. - Earl and the 1960s sitcom. Classic sitcom love. - Jane Lynch as the "lonely" truck. Given Earl some coma love'n. - Joy, talk'n to the crazy trucker lady. "We should take him and clean him up for yeah, and make him NOT almost died." - Earl's Indian doctor, "We're the new jews." - "The Hickey's" themes song and opening credits, sweet. - The sad face "Pull the Plug" pamphlet. Pancake breakfast, yum! - People come back from the dead all the time; zombies, werewolves, vampires... - bacons, boobs, amster-jam, "i'm burning for you..", Lounge rock!! - Even Paris H. "that' hot" goof ball! - Oh, the old TV with the Joy and her "flawless" skin. - The little healer boy and his family...can he save Earl? - Joy's news "highlights", "Joy to the World', With President Kennedy. teehee - Earl, KNOCK'N ON HEAVENS DOOR...the doctors waiting with red bio coolers for his organs. - BUT, the list, the list, will save Earl.
