	Joel Robinson, played by Joel Hodgson Joel is the original Gizmonic employee shot into space by the Mads. During Season 0, Joel's last name was Hodgson, as in real life. When the show moved to The Comedy Channel, he was renamed without mention to Joel Robinson.


	Mike Nelson, played by Michael J. Nelson Mike was a temp helping the Mads get Deep 13 ready for an audit.


	Dr. Clayton Forrester, played by Trace Beaulieu Dr. Forrester is the main evil scientist who does experiments on the crew of the Satellite of Love.


	Professor Bobo, played by Kevin Murphy Professor Bobo is an ape who is a henchman of Pearl Forrester.


	Observer the Brain Guy, played by Bill Corbett Observer is one of an alien race who keep their brains in bowls.


	Mrs. Pearl Forrester, played by Mary Jo Pehl Pearl is Dr. Clayton Forrester's mother.


	Crow T. Robot, played by [unknown person] Crow is the wisecracker of the crew of the Satellite of Love.


	Gypsy, played by [unknown person] Gypsy runs the higher functions of the Satellite of Love


	Tom Servo [Seasons 0-1], voiced by In the beginning, Servo's voice was high-pitched and kind of modeled after pee Wee Herman. Since the voice was difficult to understand, especially during riffing sessions in the theater, Servo's voice was tweaked, resulting in his "great dynamic mighty voice". Tom Servo's body was painted red when the series moved to The Comedy Channel.
