I'm not asking what was the worst episode of MST3K, I'm asking what was the most horrible, dreadful abomination of a film that they made fun of on MST3K?
Personally, it had to be . . .
Hobgoblins
( 1988 )

Who's the girl on the cover and why wasn't she in the movie? |

Manos, and that other movie Jungle Goddess. I love bad movies but I hate boring movies. |

Warrior of the Lost World
worst post apocalyptic film ever. it had the guy from the paper chase and the bald chick from star trek: the motion picture in it.
made for a great mstk episode though. |

I agree with the OP. Hobgoblins was the worst movie they watched but imo, it still made for a very funny episode
If anything about Hobgoblins itself, I think this cover is somewhat better than the DVD one:
there is a sequel to Hobgoblins coming out, lol |

If it wasn't for the girl to his right, I would have to call that the most homosexual cover art ever. |

I like the movies where the producers really thought they were making a decent film. Hobgoblins was just a schlock horror film.
Space Mutiny was soooo ripped off from Basttlestar Galactica!
Now Pod People was 5... 5... 5 movies in one! I count the scenes playing during the credits as a separate movie/plot line - it was actually more interesting. It's like the producers were saying, "Here's a movie you could be watching... but you're not!" |
