9x24: Till Death Do Us Part recap: The episode begins with the team going over Director Vance's abandoned car. His phone is in the car, and they are nowhere close to his house. His security man Wallace says Vance insisted on driving himself home as he seemed fine. Meanwhile, Leon wakes up in an open casket in a tomb, lying next to a desiccated corpse with a note pinned to it: "Your king is vulnerable." Gibbs checks in with Sec-Nav. McGee checks all street cameras. Meanwhile, Sam Ryan drops by. "Are you just visiting or do you already know something I don't?" Gibbs asks. She's just there to offer her help. Vance calls Gibbs. The patient is Agent Ned Dorneget. Next, at the office, Palmer wants to know as to what Abby has planned for his bachelor’s party. Tony warns him to get his hepatitis vaccinations and a pair of kneepads. McGee suggests helmets as well. Ned arrives with Ziva and Ziva hands over the implant to Gibbs. Abby examines the device. Ziva tells Duckie that Ned had the implant for years but then he gets a call from his dentist; not the regular one, saying that there is a recall on his implant...

Meanwhile, someone is rigging the electric box. The sailor sees a glow coming from the electric room and the sailor goes to check it. The guy who rigged the box cannot escape as the sailor is blocking the exit. He tries to find another escape. The sailor opens the door, and the room blows. Next, we see, Admiral Theodore Tully is briefing the team about the threat to the ships. He tells the team that NCIS is investigating the case and that they would be briefed further as the investigation continues. Tully thinks that the causalities could have been worse; but Gibbs tells him that this isn’t the end of it...

Finally, when the fire is out, they find a body and call for the arson unit. Just then they find a classified file next to the body and the Navy is called. Ziva and McGee arrive at the scene. The warehouse is owned by United Equinox electronics and they make modems to toasters. They also worked on top secret weapons. Just then Gibbs walks in and hands over the classified file to Tony and tells them that they are here for the file. They enter the warehouse. Just then Jason King from Baltimore PD arson unit recognizes Tony. He says that he was in homicide for two years before he made it to arson...
