Recap

The scene opens with Ziva getting a speeding ticket on the way to work, and claims she was "barely" over the limit, and Tony tells her she should've flashed her badge; in order to avoid getting one. Tony notices the safe's empty and there are fingernails on the floor. Ducky's late because Palmer's suffering from a wedding-related disaster; and thus needs support. The ME opens the captain's shirt to find a costume underneath; much to his surprise. Captain Jack Wallace is not only a decorated veteran but also a "real-life superhero." They're community activists, and Dexter was also one. Did that get them killed? Gibbs joins Wendy (they go back) in Vance's office. She explains that Wallace wanted to meet her. ..
