Recap

The scene opens, and Philip Wickes leaves a meeting to practice his speech and meets with Jarvis, with Gibbs and Tony behind them. A man in a blue heart shoots Jarvis in the chest; much to everyone's shock and horror. Tony tells Wickes they're keeping it out of the press, as they don’t want any unnecessary publicity, and when Gibbs joins them, he tells Tony to put him in a car back to HQ to sit with a sketch artist since he was next to Jarvis, and would be the best person to identify the perpetrator. Vance joins them and says it doesn't look good. When he and Gibbs get to the hospital, they join Samantha and Tyler Elliot, the "shooter," in a room. Jarvis joins them and says it was a success. Ziva and McGee follow Tony to MTAC, where Jarvis comes onscreen and explains it was stage 1 of an operation, and it seems to have been successful. ..
