| Early in the episode, there was an objection raised to NCIS taking the deceased Marine's laptop from his home because it might have had 'highly classified' data on it. Security regulations prohibit classified data from being brought home by any DoD personnel. There should have been no classified data on it and an examination of the computer by NCIS should not have been an issue. |
