Probie:
The expression "probie" is the most frequently said word on the show being slang for "probationary". Usually, it is said by Tony as a refference to Tim, stating that Tony is a more experienced agent. But other people have been called probie, including Gibbs himself.
 
Screw:
Navy term for the propeller-like objects that propel a vessel through the water.
