NYPD Blue: Writing Wrongs

A schoolgirl is found, raped and strangled. Russell, Medavoy and Jones interview friends and teachers and find evidence that she was previously assaulted.

Sipowicz and Sorenson hunt the killer of a vagrant. The only witness, another vagrant, is taken into custody for his own protection.

Sipowicz renews an old friendship.
