"Step By Step," "Eight Is Enough" and "The Brady Bunch" were all great stepfamilies. However, this is not the story of a man named Brady, but the story of Adam the stepfather, and Michelle the mother with three disrespectful, sassy, foul-mouthed little children. Adam always wanted to be a dad and inherited three kids instantly. He didn't realize that this would be the challenge of a lifetime. One of the biggest problems is that the children get conflicting messages because dad works during the day and mom works all night. Assigned to the case by Head Nanny Lilian, Nanny Stella has packed her bag of tricks and is heading to the Longairc-Green household to work her Mary Poppins-like magic.

Heidi Morris spends most of her day chasing kids. Craig was there for the creation of the kids, but that is where his involvement ends. Parker (5) and Jackson (3) are prone to fights, while Ella (18 Months) is usually found scurrying about. Heidi, who is on her last nerve claims that Craig is more focused on his career than his family. Nanny Stella is sent out to help gain control.

Jennifer and John Scharnitzky's three young children are running wild when Marine dad is abroad. Alex (8) can be emotional, Samuel (3) likes to lick things and Abigail (2) prefers to have temper tantrums. A part of their outbursts are from the fear that dad will soon be deployed overseas. Nanny Stella is sent to the front lines of this battle.

The Arilotta triplets are in a battle with their parents overcontrol. Dad is known to roughhouse with the bots and ten wonders why the boys are kicking and punching each other. Mom Kammy has had enough. Christopher causes the most trouble, Tyler has been spoiled by mom and dad wants to toughen him up. Nanny Deb is sent to their rescue.

Kammy and Chris Arilotta have 5-year-old rambunctious triplets running their household. Kammy, a stressed-out working mom, leaves most of the parenting to her husband, Chris, but Chris's idea of being a father is non-stop roughhousing with the boys and zero discipline. Justin, the most aggressive of the three, constantly torments his brothers while being egged on by Dad. Christopher is known as "the biter," while Tyler is the quietest of the three and is often left out, even by Dad. When Kammy finally comes home from work, she finds herself screaming to gain control of the misbehaving boys. At her wits' end, Kammy has called Nanny 911 for help. Assigned to the case by Head Nanny Lilian, Nanny Deb has packed her bag and is heading to the Arilotta house to work some much-needed Nanny Magic.

Jim and Nikki Walker have their hands full with two unruely children, Jordyn and Jackson. It seems that rules are non-existent in their own home where Jordyn ays mean and hateful things about her parents. Nikki even believes that evil lies in Jordyn's eyes at times. Jim has questions about Nikki's parenting skills but has given up all hope. Nanny Deb is sent in to right this ship.

In the McDowell household, when the moon rises the boys refuse to go to bed. Ed and Eileen McDowell have three boys, Ryan, Michael and Christopher, all who make bedtime a nightmare. It's a stressful house full of fighting and screaming at each other to shut up. Nanny Deb is dispatched to bring the family back some order.

Paul and Amber Dirk's are tired out. Dad is a pushover for his kids, which explains why the kids have more toys than what most people know exist. Paul is a software engineer and Amber is a singer. Amari is a wild 3-year old boy who cannot be contained. He's been known to hit, kick, slap, bite and has once been thrown out of preschool. Annissa is a 2-year old girl who epitomizes the meaning of the terible two's. Nanny Stella is sent to save the day.

It's three times the trouble at the Brogdon house! David and Angela have their hands full with 4-year-old triplets Dave, Joe and Beth. Dave is known for his temper tantrums, Joe physically attacks his siblings and Beth acts as the boss and informant against her brothers. David is a detective, so he is often gone from the home and Angela has thrown up her hands in despair. Nanny Deb is assigned the case by Head Nanny Lillian.

Four children are always a bit of a handful but for Kenny and Jennifer Mills of Orlando, Florida it'smore dire than that! The eldest child, nine-year-old Matthew is known for his pranks but they often go too far. The next child, six-year-old Madison helps out Mom but also has a career as a drama queen in the works. Mason is only two but he refuses to go down for bed and throws fits when he doesn't get his way. The youngest child is one-year-old Maxwell and his parents would like him to remain a happy child and not pick up the same bad habits as his siblings. Jennifer feels as though Kenny does not support her, as her spends most of his time in front of the television drinking beer. Nanny Yvonne is given the case by Head Nanny Lillian.

Jessica and Ted Kramer of Cedar Rapids, IA, have their hands full since their kids seem to not only have the run of the home but also have a tendency to run away. While mom attends to 3 month old Annika, the boys Brevin (6 years), Ryland (4) and Nolan (2) are out playing near the street. Bedtime can easily be as hard when dad must place the boys in the minivan and drive them around until they are sleepy. Nanny Stella has the task of introducing some new techniques to keep the household running smoothly and safely.
