The group is surprised to learn that the ninjas they thought were Kabuto and Orochimaru were in fact impostors. Naruto and Sakura must now battle three-headed behemoth consisting of members of the Fuuma clan. Arashi, Sasame's dear brother, is one of the monsters. Naruto is trapped in Arashi's chakra cage and is slowly being crushed to death. However, with Sasame's help, Naruto is able to break free. The battle ends tragically, but the Fuuma clan is once again free from Orochimaru's grip.
Back in Konoha, Sakura decides to become Tsunade's subordinate in hopes of becoming a skilful medical ninja.
