After hurrying to help, Naruto finnaly arrives where Sasuke and Sakura are. Much to Naruto's dismay, Sasuke tells Naruto to run away since the opponenet is too powerful. Sasuke decides to bargain with the Grass Ninja and throws him the scroll. However before it gets to the Grass Ninja, Naruto grabs it. Naruto gets angry and says that the person talking to him is a fraud and not really Sasuke since the real Sasuke isn't a coward. With Sasuke no longer much help, Naruto is left to fight this enemy. Naruto then unleashes the Kyubi. The snake that the Grass Ninja summoned then attacks Sasuke. Naruto however is able to stop the snake just before it hit Sasuke. He then says once again that this can't be the Sasuke that he knows.
