When a hitman is out to kill an FBI Agent, but misses, Nash and Joe put him into protective services. Unsure who he is working for, they follow a path of foreigners, eventually to a submarine buyer. At the same time, Nash must deal with Lisa when she returns to tell him she is getting married - but can't yet because their divorce has never been finalized.
