Moze has to deliver a speech for the volleyball team, and Cookie becomes "Super Cookie" to jump off a trampoline with a basketball and make it into the basket. Ned, Moze, and Cookie try to find ways so that everyone can be involved at pep rallies.
Lunch: One-Bite is now in Ned, Moze, and Cookie's lunch period and is eating people's lunch. So Ned must find a way to make him stop. An old teacher, Mr. Weiner, from Ned, Moze, and Cookie's elementary school shows up to teach but his methods are not liked by the students. So Ned sets out to keep him at Polk by changing the way he teaches. Meanwhile Mr. Sweeney is also out and Moze takes advantage of being on the "Students to listen to" list and has the substitutes doing everything but teach. Cookie does Mr. Crubbs a favor by taking attendance for a class but it turns into more when he lists himself as a substitute teacher and teaches classes.
The New Kid: Ned welcomes the new kid Bernice to the school by being nice to her and she takes it the wrong way by thinking he is her boyfriend. Ned tells Moze that she dresses comfy like a guy and now it's made her self conscious, dressing extra girlie. Missy and her posse have created the fashion police, giving tickets to bad outfits.
