Volunteering: Ned, Moze, and Cookie were caught not actually volunteering so now they must get ten hours of volunteering done in two days. Cookie is out in charge with Evelyn to sell things at the student store, only to end up creating another student store to compete with Evelyn. Moze is put in charge of cleaning up the back entrance with Loomer, Crony, and Buzz, only the guys don't want to work. Meanwhile Ned has to volunteer his time at a nursing home, he livens things up by taking the old lady out and bringing her to Polk.
The Library: Ned and Cookie try to check out books from the library but find out that they haven't returned a few books they checked out previously. Ned and Cookie know they turned them in and with the help of others they try to get the books back from Loomer. Meanwhile Moze wants to check out a certain book but can't because someone else already has and they won't give the book up. So Moze becomes the girls best friend in order to get the book.
