Spring Fever: The weather is finally nice outside and everyone has spring fever. Ned is trying to find ways to get outside while also trying to avoid Missy who is trying to kiss him. Meanwhile Cookie finally gets to spend the day with Lisa but is horrified to see that she has gone back to her old days of a snotty nose and bad clothing. Moze is confused to whether she likes Ned or Fayman.

School Newspaper: Mr. Monroe is back from his year with the penguins and his first task is to start up the school newspaper. No one volunteers so Moze and Cookie convince Ned to do it. Feeling cheated that he got tricked into doing it, Ned gets the others to join too. Now its up to Ned and Moze to solve where 20,000 dollars of the school budget is really going, only they risk being expelled by Mr. Burton, the school coordinator. Meanwhile Cookie starts to write horoscopes for the school newspaper.

Episode Notes

Tip#116.ACO Got spring fever? Ask for class outside.

Tip#411.LSP Not a writer? Not a problem. Learn on the school newspaper.

Jim J. Bullock appears for the first time since Guide to: New Semester & Electives. Although he is only a guest star his name is back in the main credits replacing Daran Norris' name.

His absence is because he was living with the penguins for a year.

Mr. Burton: I would've gotten away with it if it wasn't for you meddling kids!

This was a common phrase said by all the villians that appeared in the 1969 version(and spinoffs) of Scooby-Doo.
