When Ned busts out of school with his pals on a field trip, he winds up chasing love, dodging a vice principal and thwarting a band of art thieves through botanical gardens. Ned can't wait to woo his dream girl. But is she Moze or Suzie?! Romance blooms at last among the roses - the movie's sealed with a kiss -- but not before Ned wrestles with a bunch of thorny dilemmas and literally finds himself up a tree.
