| 5121 :23x01 - Unconscience (Jan/08/2007) | Toadie lies wounded as Steph subdues Guy until the police arrive. He's rushed to the hospital and has two vivid dreams on the operating table. In the first, Toadie's guilty conscience berates him for trying to steal Max's family. In the other, a vision of Steph urges him to fight for his life. Toadie pulls through but his trials are far from over; a bullet fragment is lodged dangerously close to his spinal chord, and he faces the very real prospect of being paralysed. All the while, Steph keeps a close vigil, and in a poignant moment, confesses her love for him.

Rosie finds it impossible to fight Paul's advances, and they make out passionatly on Rosie's desk. The spell is broken, when Frazier interrupts, wanting to apologize for rejecting her earlier. Waking up to herself, she sends Paul packing, and confides in Pepper: She realises that Paul is bad news, but she just can't seem to shake the feeling of wild desire whenever for him. Pepper, knowing this information, tries to knock some sense into Fraizer: If he doesn't smarten up his act, he's going to lose Rosie for Paul. Fraizer apologizes to Rosie and explains his earlier rejection: He knows Rosie is inexperienced with that sort of thing, so he wanted to be a gentleman and not take total advantage of her. Rosie is left completely confused; Which man does she chose?

Katya, Zeke and Karl each wrestle with their demons in the wake of the siege: Katya feels guitly for bringing Guy to the streets; Zeke feels responsible for getting Toadie shot; And Karl, having left Boyd to help stricken Toadie, comes to terms that he just isn't a doctor anymore.

| 5122 :23x02 - Spinal Trap (Jan/09/2007) | In order to aviod prison, Katya must name all of her former criminal associates. Fearing she, again, is putting her family at risk, she skips bail and runs away. Distressed Zeke is determined to find her and enlists Bree for help in finding her.

Surgeons leave Toadie with the bullet fragment lodged into his back: a ticking time bomb that could cause major damage in the future without any warning. Steph waits anxiously as Toadie recovers from the operation. After all of the drama of the seige, she admits to Susan that Toadie is more than a friend to her, she loves him. Convinced that Max is gone for good, she takes off her wedding ring. Toadie is unsure when he comes round, still being haunted by his dreams, but Steph insists, she loves Toadie and all she wants is for him to be better and with her.

Boyd overhears Steph's declaration of love, but disguises his hurt and gives her his blessing. Meanwhile, Janae discovers the card from Glenn to Boyd and challenges him. Boyd declares any wrong-doing and dares Janae to call Glenn for confirmation. Janae calls his bluff and tells her to stay away from his husband. Boyd, in turn calls Glenn to apologize, but is taken in even further to Glenn's orbit.

Bree's pleased to discover that Harold has taken a liking to Willow, the kitten Zeke gave her for Christmas, which she detests. Enchanted Harold has no idea that Bree is the irresponsible owner of the cat, who she left to wander off in the first place.

Elle returns from Tasmania to keep an eye on her father, but is surprized to see Max casually shopping in the street.

| 5123 :23x03 - Arresting Developments (Jan/10/2007) | Having followed Max, Elle shares her shocking discovery with Janae. Janae insists on seeing the situation for herself and the girls spy on Max who seems to have found true happiness with his new family. Stunned Janae wonders if perhaps Max has led a double life for years and swears Elle to secrecy. Steph and Boyd can never know.

Janelle is livid when she learns Paul plans to sack Ned. Paul informs Janelle that it's just business but she disagrees: when Paul broke her best friend Lynnie's heart he made things personal! To their horror, Paul wins mysterious Mr 2%'s vote at the board meeting and Ned is fired. Dylan talks to his former mentor to try to prevent an all-out war but Paul vows to see the Timminses back in the caravan park by the end of the year. Dylan fears Paul is unbeatable but Janelle and Bree remind him that this is only round one.

Pepper struggles to accept her mother's relationship with a woman and is coldly cruel to Chris, leading loyal employee Janae to step in and deliver Pepper a few home truths. Steiger advises Pepper to cut her mother some slack but when Pepper reacts like a spoilt brat, Steiger surprises his little princess by taking an unusually tough stance.
<DIV>
Although Pepper does her best to stop Ned feeling like 'The Biggest Loser', Paul has well and truly crushed his spirit. The unemployed personal trainer decides it's time for a major career change.

Janelle turns to illegal activity to catch Steiger's eye!

| 5145 :23x25 - G Whizz (Feb/09/2007) | Susan tries to get Karl to do some housework while he isn't tending to his vegetable patch, and doesn't get any results, until Bree comes up with a cunning plan.
Dylan questions Sky's feelings for Stingray, but she denies anything. She says that her and Stingray are just mates, that's all.
Rachel and Stingray decide that maybe being just friends is for the best.
Ringo gets tips about girls from Pepper, and then he tells her that he saw her coming out of Paul Robinson's house. Ringo tells her that he won't say anything, Rosie might find out one way or another.
Lolly spots an ad for Andrew G's Vegan Lunch in the paper, and tells Lou that it would be really cool if he was invited into it. Lou lies, saying that he wasn't sure that he was going to go, but if Lolly wants to come with him, she can.
