The Next Seduction - Recap

The scene opens in Berlin at 2:13 am. Agent Cunningham waits out for Jurgen. Suddenly a man comes out and shoots Cunningham. Meanwhile, Ryan Fletcher picks up on some intell of a stealth weapon that was supposed to be delivered. He tries to call his boss, but he doesn’t believe him. He walks outside and draws a heart on a mailbox. Nikita gives Alex a phone and says that if she calls the loft and pretend it is a wrong number, then it means that she needs Alex’s help. She looks at Alex and asks what is wrong. She says that she thought it would be easier for them on the outside. She tells that she can’t trust anyone. She pulls up Fletcher drawing a heart. Alex asks if they are “connecting” and Nikita tells that is none of her business and asks about her “friend” Nathan. Alex tells that she is right, it is none of her business. Alex asks if it would be wrong if they had a double life. Alex gives Nikita her Valentine’s Day gift.

Nikita meets Fletcher and says that one of their agents was murdered and that he was meeting a man named Jurgen. Nikita recognizes that name and she says that it is an alias for Neil Voss, a German arms dealer. Fletcher says that Voss has a weapon that he is trying to auction off. Fletcher asks if Nikita knows him and Nikita says that she slept with him for two weeks. He says that he can’t make her go to him, but she says that she can do things her way and do what she has to do. At Division, Percy tells Michael that his request for a survey team on Fletcher is not needed because Percy had him demoted. Michael says that he is working with Nikita and that he can’t be trusted. Alex goes to her apartment and Nathan asks what she got. She shows that it is an MP3 player. She tells that she doesn’t have any music to put on it and says that she lost a lot. Nathan says that he is a DJ and she should check it out. Alex tells him to bring them to her place. The phone rings and Nathan answers it. Michael asks who is on the phone and Alex takes the phone. She tells Michael that she is having Nathan over to hang out. He tells that the survey team that she was to join was scrubbed.

Michael flashbacks to four years ago where Nikita gets sent on a mission that she doesn’t want to go on. Mike tells that relationships with outsiders are dangerous and not only for her. Later, Nikita disables the security to Chalet Margeaux. She flashback to her mission where she had to sleep with Voss and she gets out of bed and uses her heal as a USB drive to Voss’s computers. As soon as she is done, Michael as his team enters and pretends to arrest Nikita and tells that he will never allow her to be Josephine again. Back to present day, Nikita slips into her Josephine cover and Voss recognizes her. She sees that Ari Tasarov from the Russian Division, Gogal and tells that she can come to his room now. They get in the room and Voss points a gun on her. At Alex’s apartment, Nathan comes by and tells that he is going to teach her how to make a pizza. Michael shows up and tells that he needs to run some numbers and that it won’t take long. Back at the hotel, Nikita tells that she knows about the attack and that he is working for Gogal. However, Voss is shocked. Suddenly a Gogal agent comes in and starts shooting. Nikita manages to knock the man unconscious. Voss tells that there is no attack from him and that he wants to give the weapon to the USA. She asks to see the bomb first.

Back at Alex’s apartment, Michael tells that Alex’s work pays for her apartment and everything and says that she is in the business to fulfilling wishes for people and makes her seem like a prostitute. Nathan looks disgusted. Nathan gets a call and says that he needs to go and Alex gets up and tells that she is not a prostitute and Nathan says that he isn’t asking and offers to help clean up. In the forest, Voss shows the dirty bomb and Nikita calls Fletcher to get agents to help them get over the Canadian border with it. Meanwhile, Ari talks to the agent who got knocked out and finds out that it was Nikita that took Voss. He says that they are going to be at the US/Canadian Border to intercept the bomb. Nikita and Voss pull up and Nikita recognizes the Gogal truck. The agents arrive and take the bomb and Voss while Nikita shoots out Gogal’s tires. Fletcher calls Nikita and tells that she did it. He tells that the video footage came back for the surveillance cameras and he sends the picture of the guy who shot Agent Cunningham and it is Roan, a Division Cleaner. Nikita tells that his men need to change their route. She sees a motorcycle and finds the car in a ditch. Voss is dead and the bomb is gone. Percy calls and tells that he called to gloat. He says that he framed Gogal for the hit and Division will be the hero. He tells them to blow up the car and Nikita, but Nikita found the bomb and disconnects it. She tells Percy that when she buries him, she won’t call to brag first.

Percy and Michael talk and he tells that he wants him to get the weapon back. Michael tells that Nikita’s threat is real. Alex’s phone rings and hangs up. Alex grabs her phone to contact Nikita and she tells that she needs her in Division to find out where they are transporting the bomb from. She tells that she is on it. Nikita walks up after stabbing holes in her jacket and cutting herself with the knife to Ari and tells that she knows it was his team who has the bomb and is going upstairs to change. At Division, Michael sets up the team to go fly out and Alex tells that she needs to talk to him. He tells her no now and Alex overhears that the team is flying out of Herndon Airport in 20 minutes. Nikita calls Fletcher and tells him to stall Division from taking off with the bomb. He gets there and disguises himself as a bayworker and tells that they can’t leave. The rest of the team arrive with the bomb and the agent points his gun on Fletcher. Suddenly bullets fly and kill the agents. It is Gobal and Nikita arrives and tells Fletcher to get away. Nikita grabs the bomb, but is stopped by Ari. She surrenders the bomb and walks away. Halfway down the road, Ari realizes that he doesn’t have the bomb at all.

Back at Division, Percy says that Fletcher got promoted and that he is going to have access to everything. Percy says that Nikita can be beaten. Nikita meets with Fletcher and he brags about his promotion. Nikita tells that he can’t trust anyone still. Nikita asks if she could erase her past and Fletcher kisses her. Nikita calls Alex up and tells that they got the weapon, but someone paid a price. She tells that she was wrong about her getting close to someone. She tells that relationships are dangerous, but she can’t just live the lie, she has to live two. Nathan comes over and Alex tells that she is not like that and Nathan tells that he believes her and tells that he will be there with anything she has. They kiss and the episode ends.
