The scene opens with Nikita walking into a Meat store and asks if they have Hagus. The clerk escorts her to a door that leads to a secret entrance to a gambling ring. She takes out her phone and puts it in a basket. She goes into the casino and hits the Craps table. She rolls sevens twice when the owner of the club takes her in the back room and demands to know who she is. She tells them that a little black box told her who they are. She hits the man and takes his guard down. She tells that her boyfriend didn’t leave her like she told him before. The wall explodes and Michael is there with the motorcycle. Nikita steals the money and rides off with him. They get back to a hotel and Nikita suggests that they take the money and go find a cottage in a non-extradition place. Michael tells Nikita that they need to keep with their missions. Nikita says that she wants to give the box back to Division in pieces. Michael says that every dirty secret is on there. Nikita says that she is afraid that they are going to make it worse. She says that she is just worried about Alex.

Meanwhile, Alex goes into the casino that Nikita hit and asks what is going on. She takes the men down and goes over to the phone basket and gets Nikita’s phone. The call lists are empty. Alex tells her communicator that she is coming in. Alex gets into Division and talks to Amanda. She says that she is trying to clean up Percy’s mess. Alex says that she has a lead, but only if Amanda agrees to help her find the man who killed her family. She tells Alex that it is not that easy, but agrees to help. Alex tries to leave, but a man who Amanda introduces as Sean Pearce, blocks her way. Sean says that he isn’t Division. He is from Oversight. He doesn’t trust Alex and says that she is a traitor. She reaches for what Sean thinks is a weapon, but really is a phone. She tells him that it is a burner phone that she and Nikita used to use. She says that she can triangulate the calls and get her location. She tells him to get out of her way and draws a gun on him and he draws a knife on her. Amanda thanks her and says that she is a woman of her word.
Michael gets back from shopping and brings up the next mission. He says that they are going to fix “Game Change”, an operation where they framed Captain Tony Merrick. He is in year 7 of a 30 year sentence because he is accused of killing army soldiers. Meanwhile, Amanda goes down to Percy who is in a containing unit. She tells that she needs information, but he is not willing to share. He says that if Alex talks to him, he will share the information that he has. She tells that he is not dead only because of the kill switch. He says that he can kill himself, but Amanda says that he loves himself too much to do it. Later, Michael and Nikita are dressed as soldiers and get into the military prison Merrick is in. Michael gets inside and meets with Merrick. He tells him that he needs to put on a bracelet that is to an inmate who is getting released today. He says that he is guilty and that Michael needs to go. Michael hits him and the soldiers come in and Michael takes them down too. He calls in another guard and drags out Merrick dressed as a soldier. They get into the car and drive off.
Oversight members meet and the Senator says that they need a plan that is going to help them stay protected. They call Amanda and demand answers for Merrick’s escape. She tells Sean that he needs to make sure that things get done. Adams says that he doesn’t like the fact that this is happening. Alex comes into Division and asks what Amanda wants to know. Amanda tells Sean that she needs to talk to Alex alone. Alex sits down and says that they have a location on Nikita and says that she is going to earn Alex’s trust and says that she has one chance to bring back the Black Box. Back at the hotel, Nikita and Michael wake up Merrick and he says that he was telling that he was guilty because Percy came up to him after he was arrested and told him that they would go after his son if he wasn’t going to keep quiet. Alex calls Nikita and lies to her that she is using again. She tells Nikita a false location and she buys it. She goes outside and suddenly Division SUVs drive up. Michael and Nikita get into a gun fight until drones come out of nowhere and take out the Division team and gas Nikita, Michael and Merrick.

Michael wakes up to find himself in a house. He wakes up Nikita and tells that he still has his knife. Birkhoff comes out and Michael asks him what he wants. Birkhoff says that he wanted to get them because he has a lot of money and that by them exposing the Black Box, they would expose too much. Nikita says that Birkhoff missed them and hugs him. Sean gets back to Division and Alex says that she wants to talk to him. Amanda calls them and she tells that Sean is not going to take Division agents with him and he says that he was going behind her back just like she did with him. Amanda sends Alex down to Percy and he tries to change the subject on Alex’s mother. Alex tells that she was more of a woman then anyone. Percy says that she is going to give him a television and he is going to tell her everything. Alex tells that she can’t promise anything.
Michael tells Nikita that they have a location on Merrick’s son and that Birkhoff is going to allow Nikita to go and use his car. Nikita is thinking of Alex and Michael says that she is not responsible of Alex anymore, but she doesn’t believe that. Later at the club, Nikita is inside while Birkhoff, Michael and Merrick watch through surveillance. Michael gets video conference and talks to Amanda. He says that it is a nice coincidence and says that they need to make a deal. He says that he will give the evidence and that they could fake Merrick’s death. In the club, Alex goes up to Merrick’s son. She asks for a dirty martini and says that they are going to go out and he is game. He walks off with Alex and goes outside. Birkhoff likes that they are trying to track them. Amanda says that she wants to clean up the things that are on the box. Alex takes Merrick’s son outside to find Sean there. He says that whatever his dad did, he is not part of it. Division tracks them, but Birkhoff gets in front of the camera and tells them that they will never track him. Michael tells them that Birkhoff is not working with them.

Amanda sends Sean and the team to go after Michael and Birkhoff and has Alex drive Merrick’s son back to Division. However, when they start to go, Nikita makes them crash. Alex tells her to stop, but Nikita doesn’t. They fight and Nikita tells her that she is sorry for what she is about to do. She breaks Alex’s arm and shoots her in the leg. She tells her to get out while she is still alive. Oversight talks to each other and Adams tells the Senator that he does not like the entire operation getting exposed. She says that they all created this mess and that they are going to clean it up together. Later there is a news report of Adams committing suicide and in a note, it detailed how the government was involved in the entire thing. Merrick is released and walks into the arms of his son. Nikita and Michael talk and Nikita doesn’t want to be ashamed of what she has to do to make sure that they take down Oversight and Division. Michael says that it is going to be hard enough living with him. The episode ends.
