Fiona tells the kids that she can make fire with a magnifying glass. Her friend has matches and the other kids feel like she shouldn't be talking about that. Gloria comes and asks for her to take a mandatory urine test and it's for all of the nurses. It is straight from HR. All of the nurses have to take the test. There is a man that is crazy and won't get any help, because there is nothing really wrong with him. Kelly takes water, vitamin b, zinc, ginger, and aspirin so that he can have a urine test clean. He says it just works for pot.

Thor is telling a story about this man that cut off his fingers off cleaning up a sword. Cooper is wearing scrubs, the wedding is today. Zoey is officially on cake duty. There is a patient with a pipe through his body. He needs to go straight to surgery. Lenny needs to take him up, because there's no time and there's another one coming. They think the other one may actually be blind. The kids are making crafts and Fiona decides to set the tongue depressors on fire. As for the two patients, they are brothers. One can't sign, so they have to write in his hand. Kevin is calling Jackie and she's ignoring him. Cooper opens the pharmacy door and Cooper has to leave. She vents to Eddie about how overwhelmed she is. Kevin calls Eddie and she says not to pick that up. He picks up the phone and he says that she can blow him off all she wants after she calls him back. He tells her to call him back and Jackie thinks about it while watching all of the statues coming back. Gloria sits next to her and says she always knew that this day would come. Jackie has to go to catch a crackhead that just ate a huge amount of bacon after being vegetarian for 2 years. HR says they are going to send the deaf and blind man home, his brother is alive and in intensive care. Jackie makes an excuse to get him next to his brother.

Zoey has a cake and needs help. They see the bride and she smokes and seems pretty nervous. She watches her go inside and then she decides to book it, leaving Cooper on his wedding birthday. Gloria shows up and says 5 more minutes and then back to work. O'Hara shows up and Thor sings Ava Maria. The priest texts and everyone waits patiently. Cooper realizes that she's probably not coming back to marry. Jackie tells O'Hara that he thinks the Bride is a no show. O'Hara says that it is really rude. Jackie goes to talk to him in private. He feels like he looks like an idiot. She says that the chapel looks great and he did make Gloria happy. He feels really bad, like no one is ever going to want to marry him. Gloria shows up and thanks him for the statues. Zoey brings him a present for his birthday and it is a little stuffed animal. They bring the cake in and sing happy birthday to him and clap.

Cooper goes outside with Eddie and Eddie tells him it was a tough break. He says it didn't turn out like he thought and Eddie says it never does. He takes the horse and carriage ride with Eddie instead of alone.

It is time for the moment of truth for Jackie and she has to take the urine test. Zoey tells Sam that he should feel more bad for Cooper. Kevin and the girls come in to see Jackie, Zoey goes looking for her. O'Hara comes into the bathroom during the urine test and says that Kevin is in admitting with the girls. Zoey comes in and screams over the fact that her daughters are so pretty. She realizes it's a private moment, but she has to pee and she's sorry. O'Hara says she'll take the girls to preoccupy them and Jackie doesn't know what to do. She took a urine test she'll fail and Kevin has accusations out the butt about their relationship. Fiona says that she won't be happy when she finds out what she did.

Kevin talks to Jackie. He wonders what he's supposed to do, because there's so much to say. She tells him that he's a dad and he's supposed to hold it in. He tells her it's not like he wants to be doing this, this is the hardest thing he's ever done. He says whatever they are doing is messing them up. She disagrees. Jackie takes him to the basement to have a real in depth conversation with him. He says that they were married in a church and had 2 little girls. He says that it's not just a piece of paper. While she is expecting for him to call her out on having an affair with Eddie, he instead tells her that he had an affair. He feels horrible. Things got so hopeless and lonely for him, even in the same room. She doesn't know what she's supposed to do. He tells her that it is over and it will never happen again. He asks that she believe him. She asks what she's supposed to say and he says “I don't know. I love you, I forgive you...something like that”. She tells him to pack his bags. Gloria goes to take the urine test to HR and decides that she shouldn't do it. She says “f*** them” and trashes the urine sample.
