On the road leading out of Storybrooke, an amnesiac Belle wonders who Gold is while Emma, Mary Margaret, and David arrive. Gold heals Emma with his magic, startling her, and she backs away from him in horror. Emma calls in the accident and then checks on Hook, whose ribs are broken. As Hook gloats over robbing Gold of his true love, Gold attacks him until Emma points out that it's making a bad impression on Belle. The fire department arrives and Emma sends the paramedics to check on the passenger who drove into Storybrooke...

Episode Quotes
(as Gold attacks an injured Hook)
Emma: Gold, are you insane!
Gold: Yes, I am!
David: You can't do that!
Gold: I can if you let me go.
Emma: You don't want her to see that.
Gold: I'm a stranger to her.
Emma: Murder is a bad first impression.

Emma: Where's Cora?
Captain Hook: You look good, I must say, all "Where's Cora?" in a commanding voice. Chills.

Captain Hook: Let's talk about something I am interested in--my hook. May I have it back? Or is there another attachment you'd prefer?
Emma: You're awfully chipper for a guy who just failed to kill his enemy then got hit by a car.
Captain Hook: Well, my ribs may be broken, but everything else is still intact, which is more than can be said for other bad days I've had.

David: Leroy, can you get it open or something? Hack it?
Leroy: Well, you do understand that computer hacking and pickaxe hacking are different?

Victor: Are you a philanthropist?
Rumplestiltskin: Well, I've been called worse.

Cora: Hello, Rumple.
Gold: Well, I expected this was just a matter of time. Had hoped you were dead, but hey, disappointment's just a part of life. I'm sure we can agree on that.

Cultural References
