Blair isn't happy that Todd has invited Tea to the wedding. Cole tries to reassure Starr that everything is going to be fine. John is able to get the judge to agree to his idea. John interrupts the wedding as Cole and Starr are about to be announced as husband and wife. Rex tells Gigi that he hasn't found the missing blood yet.
