Haley is still writing in the little journal she is creating. She is talking about how she misses everyone. She is still trying to get into touch with her sister, but she is starting to get worried. She says that when it gets really quiet, she really starts to miss everyone. Mouth shows up to Hoes over Bros and is shocked it is empty. Brooke, her mother, and Millicent are all speaking to their lawyer. She has the following charges against her: 1 count conspiracy to commit fraud, 1 count conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and 3 counts wired fraud. She asks if it matters that she had no clue about any of it and he says that it doesn't matter because she had "signed" all of the documents necessary to prove she had something to do with it...
