The episode opens with a flashback to two years ago on the night that Brooke/Nathan sex tape was made. Nathan is drunk and flirting with girls at a party at Nathan’s house. Peyton becomes angry with him, but nothing she says phases Nathan so she breaks it off with him. Peyton leaves the party and Nathan sits down on the couch with Brooke, who is also drunk. He talks to Brooke about how Peyton just broke up with him. Their stares meet and the scene cuts to Brooke and Nathan kissing in a bedroom. Nathan and Brooke pull their shirts off and fall onto a bed together. Nathan stops kissing her to turn on the video camera. Brooke hesitates, but agrees to let him film them when he says he’ll delete it. ..

Episode Quotes
Brooke: Why do you even care anymore?
Peyton: Why do I care? Brooke this has been one of the worst years of my life and I needed my best friend more than ever. And you cut me out because I was honest with you, and you were never ever honest with me.
Brooke: Peyton.
Peyton: You made fun of my mom's death Brooke. You knew her, you cried with me when she died. And now you use her as a punch line for some joke to hurt me. It hurt. It did, but not anymore because you and me we're done. You're right, she's dead, and as far as I'm concerned so are you.

Junk: Don't walk with me dude, people are gonna think we're together.
Fergie: Please. You could never get with Fergielicious.
Junk: Did you just say --
Fergie: (slightly embarrassed) Yeah ... yeah.

Brooke: Sorry I'm late.
Haley: That's what you're apologizing about?

(to Brooke about Peyton's reaction to the sex tape)
Rachel: Didn't you F her BF when you two were BFFs?

Deb: Oh you two look so cute. Wait, let me get the video camera.
Nathan: (to Haley) I'm sorry. Are you okay with this?
Haley: Oh, I so broke that camera.

Lucas: Ah, remember how we thought how cool it would be to hang out with the popular kids?
Haley: I don't think I ever said that, Mr. Lucas Sawyer.
Lucas: Woah, somebody wrote that on my notebook.

Lucas: Hey.
Nathan: This is the next stop on the Nathan Scott apology tour.
Lucas: Oh, I thought that tour was sold out.

Rachel: Thanks for being my friend, you cheating whore.
Brooke: Thanks for being my friend, you crazy bitch.

Lucas: For what it’s worth, I saw Brooke this morning, and she feels horrible about it.
Peyton: So the first thing you did this morning was go see Brooke?!
Lucas: It was on the way!
Peyton: You know what else is on the way? My front door. Shut it when you leave.

Nathan: I screwed up, and, um, if there’s one thing you know about it’s screwing up.
Dan: You left out basketball.
Nathan: Dad, it’s pretty bad this time.
Dan: Daunte bad? Or failed test bad?
Nathan: Me and Brooke made a sextape a few years back and it just got out bad.
Dan: Brooke Davis? Nice.

Lucas: Didn’t we kind of do the same thing to her?
Peyton: We had sex?! That’s funny, I really don’t remember. Must not have been very good.

Nathan: You want me to write a list of every single girl I’ve ever --
Haley: No. No, I guess not every single girl. You can cross Peyton, Brooke, and my sister off of that list.

Peyton: (to Brooke) You made fun of my mom's death. You knew her, you cried with me when she died, and now you use her as a punchline to hurt me.

Brooke made fun of Ellie's death during the car ride to the state championship game in "Some You Give Away".

For the first time in the series, Lucas calls Dan "Dad" instead of calling him Dan. Lucas has often made references that Dan is his father, but never has he called Dan "Dad" to his face, showing that recently they have made strides in their father-son relationship. Ironically, this large step in their relationship comes at a time when Lucas is close to realizing who really killed Keith, as well as a time that parallels Dan and Karen's relationship 18 years ago.
